Playing Transsexual Card to Evade Death Penalty
The benefits conferred upon criminals who curry favor with our liberal rulers by declaring themselves to be transsexual doesn’t stop with rapists getting placed in Camp Cupcake with plenty of easy prey. It might even spare them from execution:

But that was before McLaughlin enlisted in the ranks of the politically sacred by claiming to be a shemale. He easily got the media to call him “her”; maybe his lawyer can get Republican Governor Mike Parson to suck up to the liberal establishment by sparing him from justice. Officially, the plea is that McLaughlin is messed up because he had a rough childhood.
Pretending (or pretending to pretend) to be a member of the opposite sex can be a matter of life and death. That shows how essential it is to be “marginalized” in a country run by moonbats.
