Science Is Not a Democrat
Despite demanding that we share their absurdly unscientific beliefs (men can menstruate, energy policy controls the weather, church services spread Covid but BLM riots don’t, etc), Democrats are fond of barking piously that we must “follow the science.” In the context of leftist politics, this slogan is meaningless. Science is not a Democrat. As astrophysicist Brian Keating observes in the video below, the word means “knowledge.” It does not mean “morality,” “policy,” or “moonbattery.”
Keating undercuts his own case by attacking eugenics. The idea that the human race could be improved in certain respects through selective breeding is objectionable for moral and political reasons, not scientific ones.
