Tennessee Bill Would Ban Sale of Cold Beer

If it is worth having, Big Government will try to take it from you. This includes even cold beer. Looking what’s coming in Tennessee:

The bill, SB 2636, aims to prohibit a beer permittee from selling, at retail, refrigerated or cold beer.

It was introduced on Jan. 31 in the House and Senate. So far, it’s passed on first and second consideration in the Senate and has been referred to the Senate State and Local Government Committee.

Once they take cold beer away from us, it’s game over. They will know there is nothing we will defend.

On a tip from Wiggins.
