Personnel is policy. To get an idea of the personnel that gets appointed with Democrats in control, consider that a member of the executive team that oversees Voice of America refers to America’s core population of Caucasians as “snow roaches.”

[US Agency for Global Media] chief information officer and IT director James Reeves, one of the agency’s top officials, initially surfaced on a right-wing page on X called “End Wokeness.” It posted screenshots from a social-media account whose owner repeatedly used the phrase “snow roaches” in its posts: “Last I checked it’s the snow roaches that are mad about immigrants,” this person had written in February.

With real roaches, if you shine light on them they temporarily scuttle back into the shadows. That’s why Reeves has been suspended. Likelihood that he will be replaced with someone who thinks differently is low.
