Everything is upside-down and backward in the world of moonbats. Police are demonized while criminals are worshiped like deities. Prizes have become a mark of shame:
Mitt Romney is the recipient of this year’s John F. Kennedy Profile in Courage Award for his vote to convict former President Donald Trump during his first impeachment trial “and his consistent and courageous defense of democracy.”
This refers to the first of the two impeachments, both of which were partisan spectacles, conspicuously devoid of validity. Romney apparently threw in with the Democrats out of personal animus toward Trump, voting to undermine our system of government by creating a situation where the elected president can only remain in office with the approval of Congress.
Bleats Romney:
“I’m very appreciative of the honor, but also humbled by it.”
Amazingly enough, earning this award is not the lowest point of Mitt Romney’s existence. He marched with a Black Lives Matter mob as it demonstrated on behalf of lawlessness, Marxism, anti-Americanism, black supremacism, the destruction of the nuclear family, and the rest of the incoherent but unmistakably malevolent BLM agenda.
Hopefully, the Profile in RINOism Award comes with a nice plaque that Romney can clutch to console himself after Utah voters kick him to the curb in 2024. It takes more than being a Mormon to deserve his position as Senator.
