One of the many negative consequences of imposing masks on small children, who were never prone to serious Covid anyway, is that it prevents them from learning to speak properly. The CDC has implemented a simple solution by lowering childhood speech standards:

The guidelines reflect milestones that at least 75% of children can reach. If 75% of children can no longer reach a milestone because Covid tyranny has retarded their development, the guidelines must be revised.

If there is one thing Big Government is good at besides confiscating and wasting our hard-earned money, it is lowering the bar.
