They castigate facts and opinions that do not align with their ideology as “misinformation.” Prominent Democrat Hillary Clinton has explicitly called for misinformation a.k.a. dissent to be criminalized. Does Tim Walz agree? Let’s ask him:

Given that liberals regard disagreement as “violence,” his reference to “speech that’s aimed at creating violence” is not reassuring. But even if disinformation, hate speech, et cetera are suppressed, children will continue to be exposed to homosexual pornography in public schools, which is what he means when he says he opposes book banning.
