In fairness to Joe Biden, Democrats will inflict so much tax-raising that it must be difficult to keep all of it straight:

Thirty-eight percent? Thirty-six percent? Twenty-eight percent? We’ll just have to wait and see. We don’t even know who will actually be running the country if Biden wins; we can hardly expect a specific number on how high they will jack up our taxes.

Nice move pulling down his mask to wipe mucus on his fingers. That way it doesn’t potentially contaminate the inside of the mask.
