As Alexander Solzhenitsyn observed, “Evil people always support each other; that is their chief strength.” Joe Biden infamously applied this principle by bestowing clemency upon thousands of criminals, including Adrian Peeler, a drug lord who murdered an 8-year-old boy. Liberals disappointed that Biden is no longer in a position to unleash sociopaths on the public will be encouraged to learn of a law proposed in Washington State:

Washington Democrats are pushing legislation that would empower activist judges to release dangerous felons from prison before they’ve completed their sentences, based on nothing more than their own subjective judgments. …

House Bill 1125 would grant sentencing courts the authority to shorten original sentences (including to the point of release) if they determine that the sentence “no longer serves the interests of justice.”

Can you guess the pretext? Sure you can. Equity:

Proponents argued that this legislation addresses the disproportionate impact of long-term incarceration on low-income communities and racial minorities.

Another way to achieve the same goal would be to throw random innocent white people in jail. Hopefully this never occurs to Democrats.
