Even as most of the country pulls back in horror from the edge of the abyss, Colorado Democrats lunge forward into tyrannical LGBT-centric moonbattery:

Colorado Democrats are proposing a bill [HB25-1312] that would classify “misgendering” and “deadnaming” as forms of child abuse, or “coercive control,” that would be considered in child custody disputes.

To “misgender” is to refer to the child’s actual gender. To “deadname” is to use the child’s real name, rather than a make-believe transsexual name.

The bill would additionally define “deadnaming” and “misgendering” as discriminatory acts in the “Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act,” which would essentially prohibit calling sex-confused individuals by their real names or biological sex in places of public accommodation.

To state “A is A” will be against the law. Colorado Democrats are at war with reality.

They are also at war with the parts of the country where sanity and decency prevail:

The bill would further prohibit Colorado courts from complying with orders or laws from other states mandating that a child be taken from parents or caregivers who allow them access to mutilating sex change drugs and surgeries…

If one parent absconds from another state with a child targeted for transsexualization, Colorado will prevent the victim from being rescued, subjecting the innocent kid to a ruined body and a ruined life in the name of the sickest ideology ever devised.

Also introduced in Colorado last Friday:

House Bill 25-1309 prohibits health insurance plans from denying or limiting medically necessary gender-affirming health care services. Care is considered medically necessary under the bill if a health care provider determines it to be so. …

Gender-affirming care … can range from non-medical interventions, such as haircuts and name changes, to services such as hormone therapy and surgery to support the patient’s gender identity. The bill focuses on medical care, including psychiatric, surgical or therapeutic supplies and services. It would also include coverage for cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries.

Coloradans concerned that they don’t pay enough for health insurance will be relieved to learn that soon they will pay more, so as to finance the grotesque transmogrifications of the sexually insane.
