Don Lemon Won’t Be Your Friend if You Like Trump
There are plenty of reasons to vote for Trump. Primary among them is that he has already proven he can get the economy going. Even more compelling is that his opponents are radicals likely to pack the Supreme Court, pack the Senate, abolish the Electoral College, raise taxes into the stratosphere, impose tyrannical COVID-19 restrictions, confiscate our firearms, throw many millions out of work by banning independent contractors, sell us out to Biden’s ChiCom buddies, crush religious freedom, discriminate ever more aggressively against Caucasians, smother free speech with “hate speech” laws, et cetera, et cetera. But there is also a reason not to vote for Trump — CNN propagandist Don Lemon won’t be your friend:
Lemon said to CNN’s Chris Cuomo on Thursday night, “I have many people who I love in my life…There are a lot of friends I had to really get rid of because they are so non-sensical when it comes to this issue.”
If anything could be more ironic than leftists accusing their opposition of intolerance, it might be this:
He said those friends he “got rid of” used “every single talking point they heard on state TV” and from the president, “they repeat it and are blinded by it.”
Lemon doesn’t like it when people are brainwashed into not believing what it is his job to brainwash them into believing.
He places the condescension that characterizes liberal elitists on full display:
“Sometimes you just have to let them go. I think they have to hit rock bottom like an addict and they have to want to get help. They have to want to know the truth.”
Only then can Lemon enlighten them with Democrat Party talking points. Only then might they be welcomed back into his life.
If even Don Lemon has acquaintances who support Trump, maybe we shouldn’t fret about the polls.
