Dr Robert Malone Banned From Twitter
The frightening thing about Covid vaccines is that the liberal establishment will try to silence anyone who criticizes them.
The Daily Caller reports:
Twitter suspended the account of Dr. Robert W. Malone, a prominent scientist and virologist instrumental in developing mRNA vaccine technology who has been criticized for his skepticism of the COVID-19 vaccines’ safety.
“We all knew it would happen eventually. Today it did,” Malone wrote on his Substack blog Wednesday, saying the suspension was permanent. “Over a half million followers gone in a blink of an eye.”
Malone isn’t alone.
Other prominent vaccine skeptics, including former New York Times columnist Alex Berenson, have been permanently suspended from Twitter for violating the site’s COVID-19 misinformation policy.
If apparatchiks at Twitter would ban the sitting President of the United States, anyone who deviates from the current Democratic Party line on Covid is likely to get similar treatment.
Regardless of whether Malone and Berenson are correct, it is impossible to have faith in anything that people are not allowed to criticize. If there is something terribly wrong with a vaccine that the government demands we take, we won’t know, because those who try to alert us will be marginalized or silenced altogether by the sort of people who run Twitter — i.e., clueless fools motivated by leftist politics.
Add this to the list of reasons that respect for free speech must be restored, no matter how loudly tolerant liberals screech in opposition.
