Elon Musk to Host Saturday Night Live, Which Hates Him

Elon Musk takes advantage of crony capitalism with subsidized Tesla, but it is becoming impossible to do business any other way. He deserves kudos for proving that you don’t have to be Big Government to reach outer space. Although he has called himself a socialist, he doesn’t seem to mean it. Even a guy who would name his child “X Æ A-12” must be all right if the cast of Saturday Night Live hates his guts:

“Saturday Night Live” cast members won’t be forced to appear alongside controversial billionaire Elon Musk when he hosts the show [on May 8].

His main infraction against political correctness appears to be having created a great deal of wealth. Marxism is the core modern liberalism has been constructed around, so rich people are bad, unless they get rich through socialism like Bernie Sanders — speaking of whom,

Longtime cast member Aidy Bryant … reposted a tweet by Sen. Bernie Sanders that called it a “moral obscenity” that “the 50 wealthiest people in America today own more wealth than the bottom half of our people.”

It doesn’t help that he has donated money to Republicans (as well as to Democrats). Independents like Musks are not allowed. Everyone must be aggressively on the side of leftists.

Musk is so close to straightforward cancelation that even the moral exemplar of our age can get in trouble for being associated with him:

Miley Cyrus has also been blasted for signing up to perform on Musk’s episode after some fans claimed online that he’s “destroying the planet” and doesn’t like women.

No cast members have pulled out of the show over Musk’s appearance yet. Maybe moonbats have discovered the concept of tolerance — probably not though.

On a tip from Varla.
