Frederico is the father of 22-year-old Logan Federico of Waxhaw, North Carolina, who was murdered in Columbia, South Carolina while visiting friends.
Authorities saw fit to put career criminal Alexander Dickey in a position to kill this man’s daughter. Yesterday he told a House Judiciary Field Hearing how he feels about it:
