The media present Black Lives Matter and Antifa rioters as the good guys. This means that the ideologues running the media are fellow bad guys. What part of “Death to America!” could people not understand?

But I’m forgetting; according to the ideology that prevails among the liberal ruling class, America is “racist” and therefore evil, so those who explicitly strive to destroy it are good.
This helps make sense of the Obama/Biden Administration’s obsequious support of Iran, a country run by terrorists who are fond of the “Death to America!” chant.
