If only Senator Rick Scott (R-FL)’s No Budget, No Pay Act could make it past a Democrat filibuster, we would finally have an end to their Machiavellian shutdown maneuver:

By now, some Democrats must have realized that no one trusts the liberal media anymore, so they will not be able to pin their shutdown on Republicans; consequently, it will blow up in their slack-jawed faces. But once they take radical positions, it is difficult to back down from them without provoking their perpetually angry base.
