Profiles in Countermoonbattery: Kimberly Klacik

We’ll know that “black lives matter” is a sincere sentiment and not just a leftist political slogan when people who might improve black lives like Kimberly Klacik start getting elected. Can anyone name a Democrat-controlled city where black people’s lives have been getting better? She didn’t think so:

Despite the surface layer of racial obsequious, Democrats have all but declared war on blacks by encouraging riots and hobbling the police, thereby making inner-city neighborhoods more dangerous and impoverished.

Klacik would be the first Republican to represent Maryland’s 7th District in Congress (Eliijah Cummings’ seat). Andrea Widburg calls her a true conservative:

She believes in school choice; the Second Amendment; a free market in healthcare along the lines that Rand Paul proposed; the end of socialism in her district, which means no more channeling taxpayer money to bureaucrats for failed programs; the end of abortion (which also, to her, means better access to birth control); and developing Baltimore’s economic potential.

Kim Klacik is not likely to get much support from the media. Like the Democratic Party, it is run by and for liberal elitists who recite the politically correct slogans but are more interested in black votes than black lives.

On tips from David R and Mr. Freemarket.
