Where Marxism has been tried on a large scale, it has resulted in extreme poverty and even mass starvation, killing tens of millions in Russia and China. Yet the malignant ideology does not go away, because economically it works quite well for those who impose it. Senator Raphael Warnock (D-GA) gets it:

The Peach State pastor — whose campaign was heavily backed by far-left billionaire George Soros — doubled his net worth from just over $1 million in 2020 to as much as $2.2 million in 2024, financial disclosure records show.

Not a bad take, even by Swamp standards. Being an ultraleft Senator pays off still better than his old Jeremiah Wright graft, whereby he passed off hatred of Caucasians as Christianity.

He accused his predecessor during the race of using her seat to get rich.

But records show he almost tripled his annual earnings, going from $242,101 when he was a reverend in 2020 to bringing in on average $659,977 each year since becoming a politician…

Senators receive a salary of $174,000. Much of Warnock’s remaining lavish income comes from book deals, as virtue-signaling liberals with more dollars than sense shell out for the privilege of placing his probably unread books on their coffee tables.

The limousine Leninist denounces tax cuts for benefitting billionaires — like his patron Alex Soros, who calls him “the epitome of the American dream.”

Even with all his money, Warnock is still accused of using campaign funds to defend himself from lawsuits. There is no greed like left-wing greed, because it is divorced from the notion that wealth should be earned.

Warnock said he would dismantle the American value system. Voters are getting what they voted for.
