However, the decision may have been linked to an injunction granted in state court that required the IDOC to provide Richardson with taxpayer-funded cosmetic surgeries. Releasing Richardson early may have been the IDOC’s strategy to avoid paying for the court-ordered cosmetic enhancements.

Richardson is entitled to extravagantly expensive “cosmetic enhancements” on the grounds that as a transsexual he is a member of an identity group favored by the liberal establishment. His shifting demands have included an artificial vagina, breast implants, a uterus transplant, orchiectomy, penile inversion, and more.

The 2023 ACLU lawsuit advocating for Richardson’s requested surgeries was successful the following year, when the United States District Court of Indiana ruled that Richardson had been subjected to “cruel and unusual punishment” by being denied the various plastic surgeries he had demanded.

Richardson was booked awaiting a court hearing, and would later tell a prison official “all I know is I killed the little f[***]ing bitch.”

Following his premature release from prison, Richardson is said to be living in a women’s shelter. He has continued to be the kind of guy the liberal establishment would champion.
