Tampon Tim Walz earned his nickname by requiring Minnesota schools to put tampons in boys’ restrooms. Many have wondered as to the purpose of this. His wife Gwen steps forward to explain:

There you have it. Tampons are needed in the boys’ room because kids can’t learn to read when they are hungry. Apparently, they are intended to eat the tampons.
