Donald Trump has a gift for nicknames. Calling Joe Biden “Sleepy Joe” was particularly apt. Here Biden appears to have literally fallen asleep during a Friday meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett:

Israelis had better hope he was asleep. If Biden was conscious while behaving like that, it would signify with rude blatantness that they will get the same brushoff he gave to our allies in Afghanistan.

When he shows up five hours late for a vital press conference on Afghanistan or disappears for days on end, it’s probably because he’s not even awake.

Biden was 25 minutes late to the disastrous presser last Thursday, where he tried to blame Trump for the 13 US servicemembers he killed by putting our Taliban enemies in charge of providing security for Americans in Kabul. His Marxist handlers must have been unable to rouse him.

They had better up the dosage of stimulants. It’s time for Sleepy Joe to wake up:
