Norton is already Chair of the House Highways and Transit Subcommittee and aspires upward.

She certainly demonstrates the “To hell with you peasants” attitude necessary to take part in the upper echelons of our ruling class. Her general level of competence also makes her a smooth fit. If Biden had picked her instead of Kamala Harris, at least we would be spared the blood-curdling cackle.
