After getting arrested for sexually molesting children is a good time to declare yourself transsexual — and make sure to do it in a jurisdiction run by liberals. Just ask James “Hannah” Tubbs:

A Los Angeles County judge on Thursday ordered Hannah Tubbs, a transgender California woman, to serve two years in a juvenile facility after [he] pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl in 2014.

Two years in juvie is pretty mild for molesting a 10-year-old — especially when a guy gets to serve it in a female facility.

Before doing so, the judge criticized far-left District Attorney George Gascon, whose office declined to prosecute the repeat offender as an adult.

George Soros is getting his money’s worth out of the pro-criminal maniac George Gascon, one of many leftists for whom Soros has purchased this office (other examples include Alvin Bragg [Manhattan], Kim Foxx [Chicago], Larry Krasner [Philadelphia], Chesa Boudin [San Francisco], Kim Gardner [St Louis], and Marilyn Mosby [Baltimore]).

Let’s hope the $125 million Soros is pouring into the Democratic Party to help it in the midterms does not advance evil as effectively.

Los Angeles Deputy District Attorney Jon Hatami does not sound happy:

“There was evidence presented at the juvenile proceedings which showed that Tubbs sexually assaulted two young girls in different incidents in the past. The child victims will suffer lifelong trauma. Tubbs also has prior violent convictions and conduct as an adult.”

Too bad Gascon is calling the shots rather than Hatami.

Because Tubbs began identifying as female after [he] was taken into custody, and Gascon refused to try [him] as an adult, Tubbs was sentenced to two years in a juvenile facility. In L.A. County, juvenile facilities can house both females and males, but in separate areas. Tubbs will be housed with the females. …

Gascon told the LA Times he was concerned Tubbs could be victimized in an adult facility as a trans woman and said a probation report recommended [he] be sentenced to home confinement.

With liberals, compassion is for the criminal, not for his victims.

Fumes Hatami:

“James Tubbs will not have to register as a sex offender, will not spend any time in county jail or state prison, will be 26 and housed with juveniles for a very short period of time, and will be released with no probation or parole monitoring. The victims will get no justice. The public will get no safety.”

At least we are getting plenty of social justice.

Civilization requires good people exerting power to uphold decency. Under leftist rule, what we have instead is evil people exerting power to promote a depraved ideology. The consequences will continue to be progressively more appalling.
