Moonbat propagandist Chris Wallace has achieved another milestone in the collapse of his career.
Back in the day, he held a prestigious position as anchor of Fox News Sunday. Then came the 2020 presidential debate, during which Wallace aggressively represented the Democratic Party while Biden stared silently at his podium or barked incongruous insults. With Wallace as moderator, the debate degenerated into farce, for which he blamed Trump. Then he left Fox News for cartoonishly liberal CNN. Less than 3 years later comes Milestone #3:
Veteran television broadcaster Chris Wallace announced on Monday that he will depart CNN to pursue an independent venture in streaming or podcasting platforms.
The 77-year-old broadcaster told The Daily Beast that he had decided not to renew his three-year contract with CNN when it lapses at the end of the year.
Wallace says he is “excited and liberated” to be “between jobs.” Regarding his future, he croaks,
“Not knowing is part of the challenge. I‘m waiting to see what comes over the transom. It might be something that I haven’t thought of at all.”
CNN offered to renew his contract but at lower pay.
As Fox News notes,
Wallace’s exit comes as reports of CNN’s financial woes may be coming to a head now that the 2024 election is over, signaling potential layoffs and salary cuts for on-air talent.
