The Biden/Harris regime loves to spend, as the inflation this causes attests. But it turns out there are limits, so the purported president calls upon us to make voluntary donations when deprioritized Americans need help:

I don’t recall the federal government asking us to make voluntary donations to Ukraine, upon whom it has bestowed $175 billion of our money. That could be because we would be unlikely to donate voluntarily to maintain a conflict that has nothing to do with us and that might cause us to stumble into a nuclear war. Since helping fellow Americans is in our interest, we are expected to pay out of pocket, while Biden/Harris throws the money it confiscates or prints at other countries.
