Katie Couric: Charlie Kirk Had It Coming

It is a common saying because it is true: No matter how much you hate the liberal media, you don’t hate it enough. Consider Katie Couric. Here she eggs on John Fetterman to join her in denigrating the memory of a great man who was assassinated by one of her fellow leftists:

When liberals says someone’s rhetoric is “extreme,” they mean that it is right of center. Charlie Kirk was known for reaching out to the other side in an attempt to communicate, not for taking radical positions. Note that she doesn’t reference a specific opinion of Kirk’s that a normal person would regard as extreme, because there weren’t any.

Then she suggests he deserved to be shot for being not being a liberal:

“People condemn political violence, but they also felt a great deal of discomfort with his language, suggesting that these kinds of words lead to violence.”

What kind of words? Any kind Katie Couric doesn’t want to hear.

In short, Kirk was killed because he was asking for it. Mind you don’t ask for it by speaking similar words, or the same thing could happen to you.

Kudos to Fetterman for not going along with this evil creature. The guy who shows up for work as a senator dressed in a hoodie and gym shorts continues to be far and away the closest a modern Democrat comes to being sane.

On a tip from seaoh.
