LA Fire Donations Diverted to Nonprofits

The fires that local authorities allowed to get out of control in LA last winter were an opportunity for liberals not only to replace nice neighborhoods with government slums but also to rake in cash:

A star-studded concert that reported raising around $100 million for victims of the fires that rocked Los Angeles earlier this year suddenly has little to report months later, and it’s unclear whether any of that money actually made it to the thousands of victims.

Investigative reporter Sue Pascoe uncovered that much of the money, raised at the behest of California’s biggest Democrats, was quietly funneled to a plethora of nonprofits that reported giving little if any direct aid to residents who lost their homes, belongings, and loved ones in the record-breaking fires.

Fox 11 Los Angeles has the story:

A similar outrage on a greater scale was revealed when we learned from DOGE that USAID bestowed many $billions collected from taxpayers who may have thought their government was acting in their interest upon pernicious nonprofits throughout the world.
