New York City’s Little Italy is possibly the most famous ethnic enclave in the USA. However, Italians are Caucasian. Worse yet, they assimilate and become Americans. Consequently, Zohran Mamdani has erased them.

Mamdani’s Office of Immigrant Affairs released a map on Wednesday titled “New York City’s Immigrant Enclaves.” It features 30 enclaves spread across the five boroughs, from Little Africa to Little Yemen, even Little Odessa. And, of course—Mamdani being Mamdani—it includes Little Palestine.

However, somehow Mamdani has erased the most famous immigrant enclave of all, the capo di capi of New York’s ethnic neighborhoods, the iconic Little Italy.

As suggested by the Italian American Civil Rights League, Italian immigrants did a lot more to build NYC than the Third World moochers who helped Mamdani to power.

Little Italy was not canceled by accident:

The Italian American Civil Rights League insists the snub was not government incompetence but deliberate, citing the city’s refusal to grant it a permit for Unity Day 2026. “This is not a clerical error,” said Mike Crispi, the group’s president, in a statement. “This is cultural erasure.”

Also, recall Mamdani childishly giving the finger to the original Italian-American, Christopher Columbus, the titan of history who brought Western Civilization to the New World. Columbus ranks with George Washington on the NYC hit list for statue removal.

No need for Italians to feel singled out. The Irish enclave in Woodlawn and the largest Orthodox Jewish community outside Israel in Borough Park were also ignored.

If moonbattery prevails, everyone with European or Jewish ancestry will be erased — “vaporized,” as George Orwell put it.
