DHS Secretary nominee Markwayne Mullin would be much nicer than Kristi Noem. Noem infamously shot her dog. Mullin is so nice, he gives hugs to killers:

Ashli Babbitt had gotten carried away and deserved to be arrested. But the unarmed 5’2″ woman (who was not behind the wheel of a weaponized SUV) posed no threat to Michael Byrd and did not deserve to be shot.

You might think only Biden’s autopen and MSM propagandists like Lester Holt would sympathize with Byrd rather than his victim and her survivors. But no, Mullin’s heart bleeds too.
