In the Orwellian language of liberals, “healthy” means rotting away of disease.
Like gambling used to be, running a crackhouse is illegal unless you are the government. The feds could step in, but ultraliberal Merrick Garland is the Attorney General; he does not want to be distracted from intimidating parents who speak out against what is going on in public schools. According to the Biden’s DOJ, government crackhouses are “part of an overall approach to harm reduction and public safety.”
“Harm reduction” and “public safety” are used in the Orwellian sense.
