Professed respect for the law seems jarringly out of character for someone as conspicuously corrupt as Joe Biden. However, back before he bent obsequiously to the pro-criminal Black Lives Matter winds, he bent with the same alacrity to winds from the direction of law & order. Good thing he has dropped that rhetoric; it would be hard to reconcile with his degenerate bagman son not being in prison where he belongs:
