Sam Elliott Reacts to Moonbat “Western”

Despite the best efforts of moonbats, the America we love and take pride in is not dead yet — not so long as Sam Elliott is still breathing.

Elliott is best known for his roles in Westerns like Tombstone (1993), which was one of the last of them not made by moonbats who hate everything the American West stands for.

These days we get PC sludge like The Power of the Dog, presented by the termites running Netflix. A full-page ad in the LA Times featured a review blurb extolling it as “an evisceration of the American myth.”

Moonbats hate American heritage. They feel compelled to desecrate it. That’s why they produce moves like The Power of the Dog.

In an interview with Marc Maron, Elliott likened the cowboys in the movie to Chippendale dancers.

“They’re all running around in chaps and no shirts. There’s all these allusions to homosexuality throughout the f***king movie.”

As for the director, Jane Campion, Elliott praised her previous work…

But what the f*** does this woman from down there, New Zealand, know about the American West? And why in the f*** does she shoot this movie in New Zealand and call it Montana and say this is the way it was? That f***ing rubbed me the wrong way, pal. The myth is that there were these macho men out there with the cattle? I just came from Texas where I was hanging out with families — not men — but families. Big, long, extended, multiple-generation families that made their living and their lives were all about being cowboys. And, boy, when I f***ing saw that, I thought, ‘What the f***? Where are we in this world today?'”

Drowning in moonbattery is where.

Demands Elliott,

“What the f***? Where’s the Western? Where’s the Western in this Western?”

Sam Elliott is so effective in Westerns because he comes off as genuine. That quality does not characterize our liberal elite — which is why Tinseltown offers a thousand pretty boy moonbats for every Sam Elliott.

Unsurprisingly, The Power of the Dog has received a dozen Oscar nominations. It doesn’t matter if the movie is unwatchable, so long as it promotes degeneracy and defiles the memory of better generations. The point of a Western now is to disgust people like Sam Elliott so that liberals can bask smugly in their imagined superiority.

Now he will be canceled for being one of the tiny minority with the backbone to express views that are not compliant with political correctness. He comes off as genuine because he is genuine.

On a tip from Occam’s Stubble.
