As noted below, the primary victims of the black violence that the liberal establishment has aided and abetted are other blacks. But those are not the only victims — not when the racial grievance ideology that is at the basis of the liberal religion is applied:

According to the liberal intelligentsia, cultural appropriation is racist.* Racists, all of whom are white, must be punished, for they are responsible for a certain other group’s shortcomings.
