Subway Attacker Caught and Released

The guy who smeared his own waste in a woman’s face as she sat at a NYC subway platform last week has been apprehended. On Monday, Frank Abrokwa of Ghana was arrested at a homeless shelter, where cops went after him for an unrelated crime. The respect for law & order that New York’s moonbat rule has instilled in him was on open display, as was his remorse:

Upon arrest, he made light of the attack, quipping to cops, “S–t happens. Haha. This is a s–tty situation. Haha,” Bronx Assistant District Attorney Grace Phillips said during Abrokwa’s arraignment late Tuesday.

Abrokwa confirmed that he did not know his victim. “I don’t know that b—h,” he proclaimed.

“Why am I being mistreated by the system?” Abrokwa wailed, indicating that he has been watching TV news in his homeless shelter.

To Judge Wanda Licitra, Abrokwa said, “F–k you, bitch.”

Good thing it wasn’t in Manhattan that he smeared his feces into a woman’s hair and eyes, cutting her lip while taunting her, “Like this, bitch?” Soros-installed pro-criminal Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg is malevolent enough to let him go. Oh wait:

Abrokwa was freed without bail — because the charges against him were not bail-eligible under the state’s bail reform laws, despite prosecutors’ request for him to be held on $15,000 bond, or $5,000 cash. …

Abrokwa has 22 prior unsealed arrests dating back to 1999, and dozens of sealed arrests, according to authorities and police sources.

Many of these appear to be assaults on strangers. In at least one case, the attack was explicitly race-based. Abrokwa understands that he is free to act out his aggressions without consequences with liberals in control.

Have fun riding the subway, New Yorkers. If you voted for the Democrats who predictably created this situation and are trying to impose it on the entire country, don’t ask for sympathy.

On a tip from Wiggins.
