Nicholas Roske attempted to assassinate Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh for not sharing his liberal viewpoint on abortion, then proclaimed himself to be a woman. A supportive liberal establishment shares his ideology:

Most of the mainstream media, and Judge Deborah L. Boardman of the Federal District of Maryland, decided to endorse the fiction that Mr. Roske is now a woman named Sophie. Judge Boardman even said in court: “I am heartened that this terrible infraction has helped the Roske family . . . accept their daughter for who she is.”

By “daughter” and “she,” this black-robed kook is referring to someone everyone knows is a guy. The purpose is not to punish criminals or to protect public figures from the rising tide of leftist violence; it is to get one and all to affirm Roske’s objectively false identity.

Justice suffers at the expense of this farce:

Judge Boardman cited President Trump’s Jan. 20 executive order requiring men to serve their federal prison time in male-only facilities as a justification for her sentencing leniency. Prosecutors had asked for 30 years, and they may prevail on appeal. But it seems that playing the trans card will save Mr. Roske two decades behind bars.

Boardman abuses her position of power to wage war on factual reality on behalf of a sick school of thought.

Mr. Roske … told police he thought killing Justice Kavanaugh would give his life purpose.

According to the creed of his fellow moonbats, this would be true.
