The Biden administration released a convicted child sex offender from immigration detention in 2021 upon the request of the far-left Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), according to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) records obtained by the Oversight Project.

The sex offender is very special, being not only a foreigner but also transsexual — a Philippine woman known as “Tim” who was locked up for sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl.

In an email to DHS, SPLC lead attorney Mich Gonzalez — who uses the pronouns el/he/they — urged the early release of “Tim,” arguing that “transgender” inmates face psychological abuse in prison.

Ask and you shall receive — so long as you are a moonbat asking for something harmful while Democrats are in power.
