Countermoonbat Economic Truths

We can’t expect much more from universities these days than leftist propaganda regurgitated by mediocrities. Fortunately, it is still possible to learn about economics from great minds. These seven quotes could be worth more than a baccalaureate:

1. “Capitalism is a system that begins not with taking but with giving to others.” — George Gilder

2. “Nothing contributes so much to the prosperity and happiness of a country as high profits.” — David Ricardo

3. “Everyone wants to live at the expense of the state. They forget that the state lives at the expense of everyone.” — Frédéric Bastiat

4. “Differences in habits and attitudes are differences in human capital, just as much as differences in knowledge and skills — and such differences create differences in economic outcomes.” — Thomas Sowell

5. “If history could teach us anything, it would be that private property is inextricably linked with civilization.” — Ludwig von Mises

6. “The free market is not a system… It is not something that Washington implements. It does not exist in any legislation, law, bill, regulation, or book. It is what you get when people act on their own, entirely without central direction, and with their own property…” — Jeffrey Tucker

7. “Under capitalism, man oppresses man, but under socialism, it’s the other way around.” — Russ Roberts

Bonus quote from the video below:

“If you want to live a productive, fulfilling, and meaningful life, the free market is your best chance. Really, it’s your only chance.” — David Bahnsen

Cory Mills Triggers Moonbats

Even if Cory Mills accomplishes nothing else in his run for Congress in Florida, he has triggered moonbats admirably with this ad:

The liberal media is not amused. Shrieks the Daily Beast:

Cory Mills made his fortune selling tear gas used on Black Lives Matter demonstrators, the MAGA businessman boasted in a new ad that the “liberal media is crying about it” before suggesting he’d tear-gas them himself.

Wokescolds can’t seem to take a joke.

Additionally, the company’s tear gas was used against racial and social justice protesters in 2020 following George Floyd’s murder, resulting in probes by congressional Democrats about the health hazards of the firm’s products.

Rioting can be harmful to your health because you might get tear-gassed. Someone needs to get the word out to mostly peaceful protesters before pro-abortion riots pick up steam.

Note that even now, the liberal media presents the vermin who exploited a career criminal’s fentanyl overdose as a pretext to loot and destroy as somehow heroic. As Donald Trump accurately observed, the establishment media is the enemy of the American people. Its hostility is the ultimate endorsement for Cory Mills.

There is more for liberals to hate than trolling about tear gas. Mills lists these priorities:

LIMITED GOVERNMENT
2ND AMENDMENT
FREE ENTERPRISE
INDIVIDUAL LIBERTY
MEDICAL CHOICE
LAW ENFORCEMENT
SECURE BORDERS
QUALITY EDUCATION
ANTI-TAXATION
STRONG MILITARY
VETERAN SUPPORT
PROPERTY RIGHTS

Mills wants to represent the 7th district, a suburban area between Orlando and Daytona Beach. Some disgruntled Disney employees will have an opportunity to stick a finger in the liberal establishment’s eye by casting a vote for Cory Mills.

Countermoonbattery From a Democrat

If there is one moonbat even more pernicious than the rest of them, it could be the authoritarian establishment apparatchik Max Boot. You might have seen this tweet that came out while Boot and his fellow libs were panicking over the possibility of Elon Musk taking over Twitter and allowing free speech on the platform:

This response from Tulsi Gabbard is a week old, but it would be a shame to let it slip through the cracks:

Technically, Tulsi Gabbard is still a Democrat. That won’t last if she plans to run for office again.

Wokester Challenges Ben Shapiro and Fails

Amy Coney Barrett isn’t the only countermoonbat who has to deal with loudmouths from the peanut gallery. Watch and laugh as a self-styled “mathematician and physicist” brings a peashooter to a gunfight by challenging Ben Shapiro at University of North Carolina–Greensboro on Monday:

Thanks to Affirmative Action, they don’t make mathematicians and physicists like they used to.

You can see why liberals place such a premium on suppressing free speech. They don’t win arguments in open debate.

Countermoonbat Company: Égard Watches

Nowadays many advertisements consist entirely of moonbattery. If we are going to get editorials instead of hearing about the advantages of the product for sale, how about an ad with a viewpoint that is not depraved and corrosive? Florida watch company Égard steps up:

The Blaze quotes Égard CEO Ilan Srulovicz:

“The overwhelming majority of Americans are appalled by Big Tech, Big Business, and Big Government’s coordinated campaign to erase the hard-fought gains earned by untold millions of amazing women in our society.”

Srulovicz correctly observes that the “push for transgender rights is … a cleverly-crafted lie that comes at the expense of women. We ask all Americans to join us to speak truth.”

Speaking truth is crucial. Women are collateral damage, not the actual target. Woke social engineers want to defile and destroy the innocence of children. They want to discredit Christianity, which plainly states that God created us male and female. Most of all, they want to force us to sacrifice objective truth to their sick ideology.

There is no difference between getting bullied into calling Lia Thomas “she” and Winston Smith being tortured into proclaiming that 2 + 2 = 5.

Égard has shown the guts to stand up for what’s right in the face of the liberal mob before, defending cops during the height of the liberal establishment-driven Black Lives Matter riots:

If you are in the market for a luxury watch, give Égard a chance.

Sweet Florida

Popular music doesn’t have to be rotted through with moonbattery. Patriots can make music too. To prove it, Ronnie Van Zant of the legendary Lynyrd Skynyrd teams up with Donnie Van Zant of .38 Special to produce an inspiring ode to the one man moonbats fear most, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis:

In 2018, DeSantis beat leftist Democrat Andrew Gillum by fewer than 34,000 votes, a margin of victory of about 0.4%. Soon afterward, Gillum turned up naked, drunk, and vomiting in a luxury hotel with a homosexual prostitute who was unconscious from overdosing on crystal meth.

Florida could have gone either way. Thanks to DeSantis, it went the right way. Now the state is a beacon of liberty.

It will be a tragedy with historic consequences if DeSantis doesn’t get a chance in 2024 to do for the whole country what he has already done for Florida.

Kari Lake Explains Difference Between USA and Australia

Kari Lake was a fixture on the nightly news in Phoenix for as long as I can remember before she got fed up with the liberal BS they expected her to read off the teleprompter. Now she is running for governor.

If attitude is the main qualification, she deserves to win in a landslide. Kari Lake is a true countermoonbat and no shrinking violet. Watch in admiration as she explains the difference between the USA and Australia, which has succumbed to authoritarianism in the name of Covid hysteria. It boils down to a number and a letter: 2A.

Technically, the Second Amendment applies even in degenerate parts of the USA that are not noticeably freer than Australia, like California and New York. This is a reminder that the Constitution itself is not enough. The spirit that produced and upholds the Constitution is the key factor. What use will a piece of paper be if Democrats are allowed to pack the Supreme Court?

A Word From a Canadian Patriot

Canada is a lot like the USA: a great place except for the moonbattery. Canadian patriot Joel Lybbert makes a brief case from atop a bison for loving his country:

The Freedom Convoy has been giving Canadians something else to be proud of, to the distress of the moonbats who run companies like GoFundMe.

Kid Rock: We the People

We all knew that Kid Rock leans right, but with his new song “We the People,” he has defiantly gone full countermoonbat:

Kid Rock released a politically charged new single to help promote his upcoming Bad Reputation Tour that pulls no punches in mocking people like President Joe Biden and Dr. Anthony Fauci.

The chorus consists of the inspiring words, “We the People (Let’s go Brandon).”

The R-rated lyrics let loose on Covid tyranny, media bias, Facebook, Twitter, inflation, minimum wage, Black Lives Matter, CNN, TMZ, and social media trolls, while calling for Americans to unite and embrace the Constitution.

The entertainment establishment is not likely to bestow this song with awards.

RIP Meat Loaf

Countermoonbat musician Meat Loaf (Marvin/Michael Lee Aday) passed away on Thursday. He says good-bye from the 1994 All-Star Game, back when you could count on ballplayers to stand respectfully during the anthem:

Meat Loaf opposed Covid tyranny. It appears he died of Covid. This does not discredit his position, despite the way the liberal media frames it. Not wanting tyrants to exploit a virus is not the same thing as not taking the virus seriously. It is not known whether he was vaccinated.

Vaccination Rap Brings the Cringe

Ridicule is a crucial weapon in the fight against moonbattery, so hats off to Alex Stein for the excruciating Covid song he performed at Dallas City Hall yesterday morning:

You be the judge of whether parody is any more cringe-inducing than self-parody when it comes to Covid moonbattery. This Covid song appears to be on the level:

This one too:

Merry Christmas, Countermoonbats!

As a traditional gift to Moonbattery’s treasured readers, presenting Messiah by George Frideric Handel, composed in 1741, recorded at the Große Musikvereinssaal in Vienna as performed by Concentus Musicus Wien in 2004:

Quite a lot is worth preserving from the ravages of moonbattery.

Shop Let’s Go Brandon, Enrage a Democrat

If you can make it to North Attleborough, Massachusetts, a store there offers something for everyone on your countermoonbat Christmas list.

Via WLNE:

A “Let’s Go Brandon” gift shop has opened up in North Attleboro on Saturday December 4.

Located on North Washington Street, the store sells merchandise like hats, shirts, patches, stickers, bumpers and more.

North Attleborough is only 39 miles southwest of the moonbat metropolis of Boston. No wonder wokesters have been surlier than ever lately. It isn’t just that Thanksgiving and Christmas grate on their nerves. They can feel regular Americans rising up to challenge their dominance.

Leftists are so terrified at the way people have rallied under the clever “Let’s Go Brandon” slogan that a Democrat State Representative in Tennessee wants the phrase treated like flag burning:

If Democrats revere Joe Biden the way patriots revere Old Glory, they are sicker than I realized.

Defacing the US flag is a federal crime. To quote 18 U.S. Code § 700:

Whoever knowingly mutilates, defaces, physically defiles, burns, maintains on the floor or ground, or tramples upon any flag of the United States shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.

At least some Democrats would literally throw you in prison for poking fun at their senile figurehead and the mendacious media establishment that helped his handlers to power.

Profiles in Countermoonbattery: MP Steve Baker

Steve Baker is a Torie MP representing Wycombe in Buckinghamshire, England. He gets it that Covid tyranny is not about health. It is about “the relationship between the state and the individual.”

Are we problems to be managed, or are we free spirits with souls? That’s what the debates about masks and mandates come down to.

Baker says more in 1 minute than most pols say in a lifetime:

Get more people like this into office, and the future doesn’t have to be dystopian.
