Conservative MP David Amess was stabbed to death in church last Friday. The apparent culprit is Ali Harbi Ali, whom the BBC describes as “a British national of Somali heritage.” This would support the notion that Islamic immigrants are not as dangerous as their Western-born offspring. Officials admit that Islam was the apparent motive:

“The early investigation has revealed a potential motivation linked to Islamist extremism,” Metropolitan Police at New Scotland Yard said in a statement.

He died at the scene, but not immediately. The devout Catholic was denied last rites when the police would not allow a priest to attend to him.
