Biden’s handlers are ideologues. So long as they are in power, every tentacle of the omnipresent federal government will be employed to impose their creed. This doctrine prominently features critical race theory, according to which whites are inherently racist and therefore must be punished:

Judicial Watch announced [last week] that it received 15 pages of records from the National Credit Union Association (NCUA) in response to a Freedom of Information Act request which shows the government agency responsible for regulating credit unions required “inclusion and unconscious bias training” for the agency’s employees and contractors…

The Office of Minority and Women Inclusion (OMWI) sent an email to all NCUA staff informing them of a “new, required training course” entitled “Inclusion at Work: Managing Unconscious Bias at the Office.”

The accompanying memo notes that the training unit was required for “All employees and contractors” as part of “required annual diversity and inclusion training.”

Those who do not learn to apply their brainwashing to their work will have limited career opportunities. As the effects trickle down to the public, those with pale complexions will have relatively limited credit opportunities.

The 2008 crash taught us what happens when mortgages are based on race politics instead of likeliness to pay. Democrats took the lesson and ran with it — directly toward economic ruin.

Another email invites all NCUA staff to attend a virtual OMWI event where they were to “watch a video and discuss the role our institutions and public policies play in shaping opportunities and one’s ability to accumulate wealth.”

Big Government will determine who is able to accumulate wealth, in accordance with official ideology.

It notes that they will watch the film “Race: The House We Live In,” which is the “first film about race to focus not on individual attitudes but on the ways our institutions and policies advantage some groups at the expense of others. Its subject is the ‘unmarked’ race. We see how benefits quietly and often invisibly accrue to [the majority], not necessarily because of hard work, but because of the racialized nature of our laws, courts, customs, and perhaps most pertinently, housing.”

This is straight-up critical race theory, based on the lie that America is systemically racist not against but in favor of Caucasians. It is the same toxic dogma that produced Black Lives Matter, the War on Police, criminal justice reform, and consequently, the massive increase in violent crime.

The indoctrination entails overt hatred of whites. One talk is entitled “Deconstructing White Privilege.” It features Robin DiAngelo, who has successfully monetized dislike of her fellow Caucasians. She is best known for denouncing whites who object to the ongoing barrage of hostility and systemic discrimination with the term “white fragility.”

OMWI programs include “the Credit Union Diversity Self-Assessment” and the “Credit Union Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Summit.” Historic parallels would be a Maoist struggle session and a KKK rally, respectively.

As Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton observes,

“Americans should be disturbed that the Biden administration is using the agency responsible for regulating credit unions to subject employees and the public to an extremist and discriminatory Critical Race Theory ideology that attacks individuals based on race.”

But then, if the American Library Association is going to focus on imposing woke ideology, why shouldn’t the National Credit Union Association? In utopia, nothing is about anything except wokeness.
