Democrats Threaten ICE Agents With Arrest, Create Tool to Finger Them for Assassination

By waging war against ICE in defense of illegal immigration, Democrats are crossing the Rubicon into open insurrection.

Where they have consolidated power, ICE officers could face arrest for enforcing the law.

In Chicago,

U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Cummings ordered that ICE officers are barred from arresting migrants at courthouses if they don’t have a warrant. He also ordered that federal law enforcement can be arrested if they violate his orders.

Cummings was appointed by Joe Biden, so it is unsurprising that he advances the Biden strategy of securing Democrat control by displacing the American population with millions of Third World immigrants on an illegal basis.

Cummings stated that courthouses must be places where witnesses and suspects feel safe.

No doubt criminal foreign invaders feel plenty safe in courthouses run by kooks like Cummings.

In California,

Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) joined with California Democratic Rep. Kevin Mullin (CA-15) in a statement threatening ICE agents with arrest if they conduct immigration enforcement actions in the Bay Area.

Still more alarming is Democrats’ Master Doxxer to finger ICE agents for assassination:

California and House Democrats are creating a “master tracker” for activists to report ICE agents, potentially creating a centralized doxxing tool, endangering ICE, and possibly even violating federal law.

Rep. Robert Garcia (D-Calif.) announced the creation of the controversial and condemnable online tool during a press conference with Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass on Monday. …

The tracker is part of a larger project involving not just Garcia, his fellow California leftists, and House Oversight Committee Democrats, but also Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) as they “investigate” the Department of Homeland Security.

Did someone mention federal law?

8 U.S. Code § 1324 condemns anyone who conceals or shields illegal aliens, while 18 U.S. Code § 111 forbids anyone from impeding, resisting, or intimidating ICE agents prosecuting their duties.

Mexican cartels effectively allied with the Democratic Party have offered bounties on ICE agents. Moonbat terrorists have targeted their families.

DHS Secretary Kristi Noem has promised to “prosecute those who dox our agents to the fullest extent of the law.” This needs to happen before Democrats get ICE agents and their families killed.

His arrogance is astonishing as he claims that the stratospheric murder rate in Chicago is not even in the top 30 among big cities (it is currently #10 among major cities overall and #1 among the 10 largest). When Bret Baier presents him with receipts, he resorts to still sillier lies:

The reason Jelly Belly has been doing everything in his power to prevent Trump from restoring law and order in Chicago is that Democrats are bringing crime down, whereas Donald Trump is doing the opposite. He said that with a straight face.

If the Chicago murder rate has been cut in half over the past 4 years as he claims, imagine what it would have been like previously. Al Capone would be afraid to set foot in the place.

Foreigners allowed to flood in from the Third World and drive big rigs continue to cause havoc on the highways. Remember Harjinder Singh, who killed three Americans by attempting an insane U-turn on the busy Florida Turnpike? Jashanpreet Singh (no relation) just racked up the same death toll.

Per multiple ICE sources, Jashanpreet Singh, the semi-truck driver suspected of killing three people in a DUI crash on the 10 freeway in Ontario, CA yesterday, is an Indian illegal alien who was caught & released at the CA border by the Biden admin in March 2022.

If only Biden could be charged as an accomplice in some of the many deaths he continues to cause.

Police say Singh was speeding and under the influence, never hitting his breaks, when he crashed into slow moving traffic on the freeway, causing a devastating and deadly chain reaction crash that killed 3 people.

ICE is placing a detainer on him. Whether it will be honored in California remains to be seen.

The Biden Regime doesn’t deserve all of the blame for the ongoing carnage. Via Discern Report:

What makes this even more infuriating is how [Jashanpreet] Singh ended up with a commercial driver’s license (CDL) in the first place. California, under its progressive governance, has long flouted federal standards requiring English proficiency for truck drivers.

Harjinder Singh, who couldn’t even read traffic signs, also acquired his CDL in California.

As Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy observes,

“California is the only state in the nation that refuses to ensure big rig drivers can read our road signs and communicate with law enforcement. This is a fundamental safety issue that impacts you and your family on America’s road.”

Charity Boss Redirects Taxpayer Money From Poor to Herself

Charity used to be handled by churches. People motivated by good connected directly with those needing help. Now it is mostly the purview of Big Government and the nonprofit NGOs it funnels coercively acquired money through. Consequently, aid is distributed less effectively:

A Missouri charity boss swiped nearly $11 million meant for starving, low-income kids and blew it on lavish items such as mansions and a flashy yellow Mercedes for her boyfriend, prosecutors said Tuesday.

Connie Bobo, 46, who ran the New Heights Community Resource Center in Bridgeton, allegedly claimed she had spent $20 million of the federally allocated taxpayer money to feed the children between February 2019 and March 2022.

But she actually spent less than half of those “meal reimbursement” funds on food — instead plunking down big bucks on real estate and “luxury goods,” and giving her romantic partner $1.4 million, according to prosecutors.

Often it is a sense of entitlement that creates greed without guilt that knows no bounds.

Trump Gets Democrats to Revere American Heritage

In their bizarre attempt to whip up outrage over Trump adding a ballroom at private expense to the remote East Wing, the media tells us that the iconic White House must be left unaltered out of respect for American heritage. This comes from the people who just a few years ago were egging on mobs of criminal savages to tear down statues of the most iconic figures in American history, going back through the Founding Fathers all the way to Christopher Columbus.

Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) points out the hypocrisy:

A large number of statues that were not torn down by the mobs were removed on their behalf by Democrat officeholders — out of hatred for the American heritage moonbats now pretend to respect.
