Our revolving door justice system allows serial killers to practice their craft to an older age, because even if they are convicted of murder, the liberals who run the system will eventually let them free to kill again. A case in point is Harvey Marcelin, who was arrested last week after a woman’s torso found in a shopping cart led police to discover a severed head in his Brooklyn apartment.

The body parts belonged to 68-year-old Susan Leyden, who had been living in an “LGBTQ shelter” at the time of her death.

As the local NBC affiliate manages not to mention throughout the entire story, Marcelin identifies as a woman. To obscure his membership in the deranged but politically sacrosanct LGBTQ community, no pronouns are used to refer to him, except in a quote from Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez. Like Gonzalez, the New York Daily News and New York Post reject objective reality in favor of this sicko’s delusions by referring to him with feminine pronouns. This is emblematic of the media’s contempt for truth.

Marcelin was convicted of murdering a girlfriend in 1963. The jury couldn’t agree on imposing the death penalty, so he was eventually released. Within a year, he killed another woman and left her in a trash bag near Central Park. That time they gave him only 6–12 years.

State officials were reluctant to grant parole when Marcelin became eligible in the 1990s. During one State Parole Board hearing in 1997, Marcelin admitted to having “problems” with women, according to court records.

But they let him go anyway, with easily predictable consequences.

The winningest female Jeopardy contestant and the historic first female four-star admiral are both men. Looks like the oldest female serial killer is too.

If Marcelin lives long enough, liberals will let him loose to run his body count higher.
