Rand Paul Awaits Apology From Big Tech Thought Police

Since the party line I mean The Science changes dramatically with each proclamation from Lord Fauci, it is easy to get censored by Democrats’ Big Tech thought police for disseminating “misinformation” that is later acknowledged by the liberal establishment to be true. Rand Paul is a case in point:

Via Daily Wire:

Paul had released a video last August in which he stated, “Most of the masks you get over the counter don’t work. They don’t prevent infection,” adding, “cloth masks don’t work.”

Speaking to NBC News at the time, a spokesperson for YouTube said that the video violated company policy on Covid-19 misinformation, such as “claims that wearing a mask is dangerous or causes negative physical health effects” or that masks were ineffective in preventing the contraction or transmission of COVID-19.

The largely pointless masks do in fact have negative health effects, especially for children. Now, even the CDC admits that cloth masks provide little protection.

Covid forced us to pay dearly for certain lessons, so we had better be sure to remember them. Among the most important:

• The Experts are given their platforms for political reasons; often they do not have our best interests in mind, or even know what they are talking about.

• Censorship is the enemy of truth.

On a tip from Bluto.
