Caltech Genius Evidently Killed by Liberal Judge

The most dangerous group in American society in terms of its responsibility for avoidable violence may be liberal judges. One has apparently managed to kill a famous Caltech genius.

The New York Post reports:

Freddy Snyder was released by a judge using an “unnecessary prosecutions” law in December — before allegedly going on to kill Carl Grillmair in Llano [California] last week.

Grillmair is known for his work on NASA’s Spitzer Space telescope. As for Snyder,

The 29-year-old was picked up two days before Christmas for carrying a loaded firearm and an attempted jail escape, but was released on his own recognizance.

The felony case was suddenly dismissed under the Penal Code 1385 California, often referred to as PC 1385, a code ultimately decided by the judge.

Snyder has no known previous connection to Grillmair. He was picked up for carjacking soon afterward.

Snyder was formally charged with murder, carjacking, and burglary.

That should keep him locked up for at least a few weeks, even in California. But the judge — whose name has not been disclosed — will not be facing any charges for enabling the murder.

The Erotic Poetry of Eric Swalwell

If sheer moonbattery doesn’t get Eric Swalwell elected Governor of California, he can always fall back on his erotic poetry.

The Daily Mail reports on a treasure trove of Swalwell’s writings, which includes…

…an unsettling 2001 poem about two lovers kissing and biting until their veins ‘imploded and exploded’ during a kinky hotel hookup.

It’s sick stuff:

“While I screamed / She bent her lips to mine / Kissing till veins imploded and exploded / Till blood rolled down our chins / For bounded mouths cannot speak of parting.”

The ChiCom honeytrap spy known as Fang Fang could not be reached for comment on whether she finds this arousing.

Still more disturbing:

Swalwell also used his student newspaper column to mount an impassioned defense of former Black Panther Mumia Abu-Jamal, serving life for the shooting of a police officer.

It was a peculiar stance for someone who, on numerous occasions during his 13-year congressional career, has boasted that he is the proud son of a cop.

There was never serious dispute that Abu-Jamal murdered Philadelphia police officer Daniel Faulkner by shooting him in the back. The debate is over whether a black leftist killing a white cop is a bad thing. Many moonbats feel that it is not.

Karen Bass Escalates Obstruction of Immigration Law Enforcement

Insurrection is a federal crime. So is treason. So is the obstruction of federal law enforcement. All this brings us to the communist Mayor of Los Angeles, Karen Bass.

Bass issued an executive directive on Tuesday prohibiting U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) from using city-owned property for staging operations.

As in Minneapolis and Philadelphia, local police are played off against federal LEOs, setting the stage for a hot civil war:

The order also mandates increased LAPD oversight of federal agents and strict adherence to recent state laws curbing immigration activities…

This latest action targets public areas such as parking lots and garages, where ICE has reportedly gathered for enforcement raids, building on existing city rules that already bar federal agents from non-public spaces without judicial warrants.

The obvious intent is to make it impossible to enforce immigration law, as a follow-up to Joe Biden’s handlers inviting millions of illegal aliens into the country in the largest invasion in human history. Incidentally, Bass was nearly picked to be Biden’s DEI VP.

Bass also wants ICE agents to be forbidden to wear masks, so they can be identified, be doxed, have their families terrorized, and be assassinated for bounties offered by Mexican cartels. It would be difficult to overstate the malevolence of Democrats like Bass.

No country can long function when the mayors of its largest cities openly side with foreign invaders and prevent the enforcement of national law.

Foreigners Living Abroad Claim to Be Illegal Aliens to Get Free Healthcare From California

The moonbats running California make it easy for foreigners to luxuriate in taxpayer money. Not only do they not have to be in the country legally, they don’t even have to live here.

Steve Hilton isn’t waiting for Californians to come to their senses and elect him Governor. He is already up and running with the California Department of Government Efficiency (Cal DOGE). With the help of public tips and AI, it is shining light on the outrageous fraud characterizing the misrule of the erstwhile Golden State.

“So we’ve received information about doctors prescribing medical health, medical benefits being given to Mexican citizens living in Mexico posing as illegal immigrants in order to benefit from Gavin Newsom’s free healthcare for illegal immigrants.”

Hilton emphasized that, according to the information received, some beneficiaries allegedly do not reside in the United States.

If the goal is to throw Cloward-Piven into overdrive by putting the entire planet on American welfare as has been implied, why should beneficiaries have to go to the trouble of sneaking across the border? Trump has made this difficult until Democrats regain control, so it might introduce hardship.

Long Beach Mayoral Candidate Calls Upon Criminal Gangs to Attack ICE Agents

Rule by criminals isn’t just for New York City. Rogelio Martinez is running for Mayor of Long Beach, California. Watch as he calls for gang leaders to meet with him to discuss forcibly throwing federal law enforcement out of the city:

Violent gangs are encouraged to eject ICE agents “peacefully but with strong force.” Now you know what liberals mean when they say “peaceful” — as if they hadn’t already made this clear during their “mostly peaceful” George Floyd race riots.

To quote:

“I’m calling the Latino gangs. I’m calling the Cambodian gangs. I’m calling the Filipino gangs. I’m calling the black gangs. I’m calling Pacific Islander gangs.”

What, he isn’t calling the white gangs? Looks like the people who created this country and who still comprise the majority of the population despite Democrats’ best efforts have been denied representation among the criminal element.

California Attorney General Sues Hospital to Inflict Sex Change Procedures on Children

The leftists running California take evil to extremes that are hard to fathom. For example, the attorney general is suing a children’s hospital — for curtailing sex change procedures.

From the San Diego Union-Tribune:

Rady Children’s Hospital said Saturday that it is reviewing a new lawsuit filed by California Attorney General Rob Bonta that alleges violation of the conditions his office placed on the organization’s merger with Children’s Hospital of Orange County in 2024.

One of the conditions was that it continue providing a list of 36 medical services for the next 10 years. On that list is “gender-affirming care” — liberals’ characteristically Orwellian euphemism for sex change procedures.

The attorney general’s conditional affiliation approval is quite specific that those listed services be maintained “at no less than their current capacities, types, acuity levels, licenses and certifications, and in compliance with state and federal regulations.”

Gastroenterology surgery is also on the list. But California pols would be unlikely to sue the hospital for not performing it when it is not in the best interests of the patient — and sex change procedures are never in the best interest of the patient.

When those conditions were made, and the Rady-CHOC merger was completed in early 2025, the federal government had not yet proposed ending all Medicaid and Medicare funding for facilities that provide gender-affirming care to minors.

Republicans had not been in control long enough.

Rady confirmed last week that it had stopped all gender-affirming “medical interventions, procedures and prescriptions,” while continuing to offer supportive services such as counseling and offering mental health care resources.

Not good enough. Democrats want children to be permanently disfigured.

These fiends deliberately ruin the innocence, bodies, and lives of children on behalf of the inherently depraved LGBT agenda. Hell needs a whole new circle for them.

Dream Greenland Deal

Trump’s bargaining tactics were starting to get alarming on Greenland, but it looks like they paid off.

The New York Post reports:

Trump said Thursday that the US will receive “total access” to Greenland under the terms of a “framework” deal announced a day earlier at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. …

Details of the framework are still murky, but reports indicate the US would get more control over land hosting US military installations, as well as European agreement to beef up Arctic security.

Even better news would be if the deal turns out to be related to this — via Independent:

A Danish petition to buy California has flown past 280,000 signatures…

The erstwhile Golden State would be renamed “New Denmark.” Disneyland would henceforth be called “Hans Christian Andersenland.”

The appeal is currently live on a website named Denmarkification.com.

The ideal deal would let Danes buy the parts of California that are hopelessly infested with moonbats like the Gay Area, leaving the areas still inhabited by Americans with the USA.
