The creed of our ruling class is moonbattery — a totalitarian ideology that cannot withstand competition, and that contradicts Christianity on permissible behavior. Consequently, the Bible is bound to be banned. Already, Britain’s Crown Prosecution Service proclaims that it is “no longer appropriate” to read disfavored parts of the Bible aloud.

Evangelist John Dunn got into a confrontation with two lesbians in Swindon a couple of years ago.

Dunn was charged with using “threatening or abusive words or behaviour, or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby”.

What he actually said is disputed, and the case was dropped because the government couldn’t find the supposed victims of his speech. Here’s the alarming part:

While pressing their case against him though, the CPS made the following argument, in writing, to the court:

“Whether a statement of Christian belief or not, the court is being asked to consider whether the language has the potential to cause harassment, alarm or distress. …

“There are references in the bible which are simply no longer appropriate in modern society and which would be deemed offensive if stated in public.”

The most obvious example from the woke viewpoint is the repeated stern proscription of homosexuality. Also, the CPS doesn’t like it that the Bible supports the death penalty for those whose crimes warrant it; liberals believe that only the innocent should be put to death, whether through abortion or euthanasia.

The media has been studiously ignoring the implications.

Whilst the CPS handles prosecutions only for England and Wales, the arguments it advances and precedents it sets could be influential in other jurisdictions too.

But don’t worry, they won’t go back to feeding Christians to lions. PETA wouldn’t like it.

They destroy institutions that stand in the way of their agenda by infiltrating, corrupting, and subverting them. Introducing Father Matthieu Jasseron, pastor of Saint John the Baptist Church in France’s Sens-Auxeve Archdiocese:

Jasseron is a young, smart-alecky cosmopolitan out-gay-man who … has gained some notoriety as the so called Tik Tok priest whose videos and posts specialize in satirical and sacrilegious skits.

In one video, Jasseron impersonates a DJ at the altar while celebrating Mass. In addition to his vestment he wears a hoodie reminiscent of Cistercian monks but on closer inspection one sees that it’s actuality a street hoodie from the world of rappers. Primed and pumped, Jasseron is in full DJ mode, gyrating and dancing while working his hands over imaginary scratchy disco records a mere few inches from a (very real) ornate chalice.

Jasserson picks up the chalice and gives it a whirl. …

In another video, Jasseron is dressed in an alb and stole and mimics a look of confusion while holding a chalice and a nearly empty bottle of Mass wine. Suddenly a floosy nun in a short mini skirt – with most of her legs exposed – rushes towards him holding a full bottle of wine. Jasseron, looking relieved, grimaces and scolds her with his forefinger.

The apparent purpose is to deconsecrate the holy, hollowing out Catholicism so that it can be utilized as a vehicle for moonbattery until it dies due to lack of interest.

Jasseron has been described as “a homosexualist who refuses to accept the biblical condemnation of homosexual acts and the existence of the devil.”

The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing his followers that he does not exist. This requires ever more willful gullibility on their part as society succumbs to degeneracy.

Among the most alarming characteristics of leftists is their ferocious hostility toward Christianity. As you might expect, they often mask their aggression with victimhood:

A Bible verse painted on a teacher’s parking space at a Florida public high school has angered a fellow staff member — so much so that instructional assistant Marina Gentilesco told WFLA-TV she feels as though the verse is “attacking” her.

The allegedly offensive verse is Philippians 4:13:

I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me.

Gentilesco backs her demand that the Bible be suppressed by playing the Jewish card. This is heavy artillery, as Kanye West learned and Dave Chappelle soon will.

“I feel like it’s attacking me as a Jew,” Gentilesco told the station, adding that “it brings me to the verge of tears, because it brings me back to the 6 million that perished. Six million perished because of our faith — because we’re Jews.”

Christianity must be abolished because of the Holocaust, which was the antithesis of Christian.

Thankfully the metaphysical assault occurred in Wesley Chapel, Florida, where officials have the guts to stand up to leftist bullying. The verse stays, according to Pasco County Schools Public Information Officer Stephen Hegarty:

“It’s just a teacher expressing themselves just like they might wear a crucifix on their shirt. … Teachers and students are free to express themselves.”

Despite the constant corrosion of moonbattery, this is still America, where the First Amendment upholds freedom of religion.

Assuming that Gentilesco suffers from liberalism rather than paranoid psychosis, this has nothing to do with her Jewishness and everything to do with the ferocious hostility progressives feel toward Christianity. Get them on the topic and they often call to mind horror movies about demonic possession.

The hatred goes deeper than politics. It provides a glimpse of what drives their politics.
