Vatican Says to Give Up Fossil Fuels for Lent

Progressives aspire to abolish Christianity altogether. In the meantime, they subvert and exploit it. Not even Merrick Garland could inflict as much damage as the moonbats who have infiltrated the Vatican, the official newspaper of which calls for the faithful to acknowledge Lent by giving up not unnecessary luxuries but the fossil fuels that keep us alive:

In the February 20 edition, L’Osservatore Romano noted how Catholics are being called to use Lent as “a time for reflections and concrete actions such as ‘fasting from gas.’” Additional measures to take included “limiting the use of heaters,” which the newspaper stated would act “not only as a sign of solidarity with Ukrainians and other afflicted peoples, but also to defund the war economy.”

With moonbats, the issue is never the issue; the issue is always ramming their psychotic ideology down your throat. Lent isn’t about Christ’s 40-day fast in the desert; it is about the war on energy and siding with the degenerate regime in Ukraine against Putin, who for all his faults wants to be a champion of Western Civilization and its traditions. These are under attack from within, notably including Christianity.

Giving up fossil fuels for Lent or ever is not only senseless but impossible. We rely on them for every aspect of our lives. Without fossil fuels, there would be virtually no electricity, transportation, employment, or food.

You might as well call on people to fast from oxygen. But the objective with leftists is to make politically correct gestures, not constructive suggestions.

Church of England to Regender God

In a society so dominated by moonbats that Christian churches exist only to be subverted by and subordinated to their ideology, God Himself must conform to wokeism. Moonbats would prefer that be worded, God zirself:

The Church of England is considering referring to God in “non-gendered” terms during services, the Telegraph reported.

Breaking with centuries of tradition, bishops have announced they are launching a major “project on gendered language” this spring.

It may suggest that priests stop using the male pronouns “He” and “Him” when referring to God in some prayers, or even that they can drop the famous phrase “our Father” from the start of the Lord’s Prayer.

Also, the Church of England will now officially bless same sex “marriages,” despite homosexuality being strictly forbidden throughout the Bible.

While they are making big changes, they might consider deleting the First Commandment. “You shall have no other gods before Me” no longer applies to a church that first serves liberal decay.

Catholic Student Excluded for Thoughtcrime

The FBI has been spying on “Radical Traditionalist Catholics,” who are deemed by Democrats to be a threat to security. If only he were American, the Mark Houck treatment could be applied to Josh Alexander:

An Ontario high school student is not allowed to attend his Catholic school for the remainder of the year because he expressed the belief that God created only two sexes, with the school arguing that his presence would be “detrimental to the physical and mental well-being” of transgender students.

He must have been reading subversive literature, like Genesis 1:27, Genesis 5:2, or Matthew 19:4, all of which state plainly that God created us male and female.

Josh Alexander, 16, has not been permitted to attend St. Joseph’s Catholic High School in Renfrew, Ontario since last November when he organized a protest in support of the right of female students to have single-sex washrooms after two girls had confided in him that they were uncomfortable sharing spaces with trans-identified male students.

In our benighted past, defending girls from having their private spaces invaded by male perverts would have been encouraged and admired. Those unwoke times will be erased.

Alexander had also expressed his belief that there are only two immutable sexes during a law class discussion, saying that he felt that males belong in male washrooms and females belong in female washrooms because identity doesn’t change biology.

This assertion of objective fact was denounced as “offensive” and “bullying.”

If a Catholic school won’t allow Christianity, why would it allow biology? Only one viewpoint is permitted where moonbats prevail: moonbattery.

First, the Grade 11 student was suspended, but then following the end of his suspension, the principal made the decision to “exclude” him for the remainder of the year. The two amount to the same thing, but an exclusion is not technically disciplinary.

Exclusion is what liberals mean when they bark about “inclusion.”

An advantage of excluding Alexander instead of extending his suspension is that it helps educrats pretend that they are not punishing him for his conventional beliefs, but rather protecting sacred transsexuals from having their feelings hurt by exposure to a practicing Christian.

While he is excluded, Alexander cannot attend any school, since he is enrolled at the “Catholic” school. At this point in the decline of education, that might be for the best.

FBI Targets Traditional Catholics

No wonder the KGB I mean FBI is getting a new HQ twice the size of the Pentagon. It takes a big agency to monitor the many Americans who are Threats to Democracy — like traditional Catholics:

A document released by an FBI whistleblower indicates the agency plans to intensify its “assessment” and “mitigation” of “Radical Traditionalist Catholics” over the next 12 to 24 months due to alleged concerns that “white nationalists” are increasingly making common cause online with attendees of the Latin Mass.

A “white nationalist” can be defined as anyone with pale skin leftists don’t like.

The report alleges that its real motivation is a concern that “Radical Traditionalist Catholic Ideology” possesses an “anti-Semitic, anti-immigrant, anti-LGBT, and white supremacy” outlook, and that this presents a threat to the US’s domestic well-being.

Let’s not forget Islamophobic. The report expresses alarm that Catholics have made “crusader references.” According to progressives, the selfless heroes of the Crusades were the bad guys because they attempted to defend Christians in the Holy Lands from Muslim conquerors.

The emphasis on targeting Americans for their religious beliefs may help uncover more public enemies like Mark Houck. Why wait for them to get in an altercation with a moonbat before sending in a SWAT team to terrorize them for their incorrect views?

Among the most controversial aspects of the memo is that it directly cites a defamatory study conducted by the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) on the subject “Radical Traditional Catholicism.” The SPLC has long been rejected as a legitimate resource for the FBI, Seraphin says, but in this instance, it is being relied on as a primary source to justify its efforts. The memo also references three anti-Catholic smear articles (here, here, and here) published by leftwing websites Salon and The Atlantic to defend its monitoring.

The SPLC is a hard left hate group that pushes malicious moonbattery to the point of self-parody and beyond. For example, it has denounced the milquetoast-mannered Ben Carson as an “extremist” and has tried to cancel Dr Seuss. It accuses the blog Jihad Watch — which exists to keep an eye on actual violent extremists — of “violent extremism.” According to the SPLC, hate is not hate if you hate people you are supposed to hate, namely Caucasians.

The SPLC directly inspired gay rights terrorist Floyd Lee Corkins to shoot up the offices of the Family Research Council. But doesn’t need misfit maniacs like Corkins anymore.

In our unfolding police state, the SPLC will provide the brains; the FBI will provide the muscle.

Francis Disgorges Foul Language at Seminarians

There is something unclean about moonbats, as evidenced by their excessive and inappropriate use of obscenity. Consider Pope Francis:

Seminarians from Barcelona say they were scandalized when Pope Francis reportedly used the f-word and other expletives at a papal audience in Rome.

According to testimonies from the seminarians, Francis ranted against “f***ing careerists who f*** up the lives of others.” The pope criticized “those who climb to show their a**,” the Italian media outlet Daily Compass reported [last] Monday.

It isn’t only his language that some find appalling.

The trainee priests were shocked when Francis also reportedly insisted that priests should never deny absolution to penitents in the confessional under any circumstances.

That means even if there is no repentance. As Aleister Crowley put it, “Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.”

Eyewitnesses describe how the pontiff, at the audience on Dec. 10, tossed his prepared speech aside, saying that “it would have been boring.”

Nothing boring about Bergoglio. He keeps us guessing as to what fresh blasphemy he might employ next to liven up the Vatican.

Pope Francis Denounces Traditionalists

With Jorge Mario Bergoglio in the Vatican, the de-Christing comes all the way from the top:

Francis used his annual Christmas greeting to the Roman Curia to again put the cardinals, bishops and priests who work in the Holy See on notice that they are by no means beyond reproach…

Francis warned Vatican bureaucrats on Thursday to beware the devil that lurks among them, saying it is an “elegant demon” that works in people who have a rigid, holier-than-thou way of living the Catholic faith. …

Francis appeared to also want to take broader aim at arch-conservatives and traditionalists who have become the pope’s biggest critics. Francis blasted their way of living the faith, insisting that being Catholic doesn’t mean following a never-changing set of dicta but is rather a “process of understanding Christ’s message that never ends, but constantly challenges us.”

“True heresy consists not only in preaching another gospel, as Saint Paul told us, but also in ceasing to translate its message into today’s languages and ways of thinking,” Francis said.

A skeptic might interpret this as meaning that true heresy is heresy against moonbattery.

Francis, who has blessed pagan statues in the Vatican Gardens, has been accused of heresy himself.

If there was ever a time to stand firm against the incremental erosion of traditional values, it is now that the increments are becoming gigantic.

‘Tis the season when moonbats try to take the Christ out of Christmas…

They try to take the Christ out of Christianity all year around. If they succeed, a vicar will look something like Michelle Bailey:

She previously departed from a Church of England parish after accusing villagers of wrecking her marriage – and then left her husband and children to live with a female lover. But she returned to the pulpit in the Church in Wales – which is part of the Anglican communion but disestablished from the Church of England.

The female lover that she denounced villagers from the pulpit for gossiping about ended up living with Bailey’s former husband and then killing herself.

Earlier this year, [Bailey] was cleared in court of assaulting another girlfriend, but remained suspended while senior clergy investigated a string of complaints about her.

This woman was allegedly left “with her right ear detached, two black eyes and a split nose in a lockdown brawl.” Bailey pled self-defense.

The vicar, 55, was said to have picked up a number of women on online dating sites and invited them round to her home, with drunken rows leading to the police being called at least twice.

Clergy traditionally oppose sinful behavior. However, this policy has been progressively liberalized.

Same-sex relationships are forbidden for Church of England clergy, but are permitted in the Church in Wales. A Church of England source said the Church in Wales had ignored warnings not to put Rev Bailey in a parish.

Bailey has now retired, but don’t rule out another comeback. At the current rate of decay, she is only slightly ahead of her time.
