$20 Million Offered to Buy Bodies for Dem Rallies

For tomorrow Democrats have planned over 400 mostly peaceful protests in an attempt to undermine the decisive results of our last election — no doubt in order to defend “Our Democracy.” Since the party of the liberal establishment has plenty of money but not much grassroots support, it is willing to spend big to get bodies on the streets:

Crowds on Demand CEO Adam Swart revealed in an interview this week that his company was offered a $20 million contract for an astroturfed nationwide anti-Trump demonstration scheduled for Thursday.

Crowds on Demand is the “largest protest company in the country,” Swart said, noting that they specialize in corporate publicity and celebrity publicity.

To Democrats, the shallow, hype-based world of morally vacuous celebrities is real life. Recall all the money Kamala Harris blew buying promotions from Oprah Winfrey and probably Beyoncé.

The ostensible purpose of this uprising is to honor deceased ultramoonbat John Lewis.

Like many other recent nationwide days of protest, including the now-infamous “No Kings” day, the “Good Trouble Lives On” protests are being organized by the 50501 Movement.

So far they have gotten no traction in terms of public support, but moonbats don’t give up easily. These people are still trying to get socialism to work.

Swart explicitly turned down the lucrative deal not out of virtuousness but because the astroturf protests are “going to make us all look bad.”

Observes Swart,

“This is the same old noise that has failed to land with the American people this last 6/7 months.”

That applies to the odious Democratic Party in general.

Swart won’t say who offered the $20 million, but we do know it was not anyone who means this country well.

California Professor Arrested for Assault During Riot

Paying taxes in California means paying the likes of Jonathan Anthony Caravello to indoctrinate other people’s children — when he isn’t behind bars for assaulting law enforcement officers:

Caravello, a philosophy and mathematics lecturer at California State University Channel Islands (CSUCI), was detained by federal agents during a riot at Glass House Farms in Carpinteria on Thursday…

He was arrested for throwing a tear gas cannister at ICE agents. Naturally his university sides with him against the USA:

CSUCI said in a statement, “At this time, it is our understanding that Professor Caravello was peacefully participating in a protest—an act protected under the First Amendment and a right guaranteed to all Americans. If confirmed, we stand with elected officials and community leaders calling for his immediate release.”

I believe they mean, “mostly peacefully participating in a protest.”

The California Faculty Association (CFA) condemned the “abduction and disappearance” of Caravello and other protesters, saying “these abductions are an attack on our constitutional rights to free speech.”

“Abduction and disappearance” is Liberalese for the arrest of a criminal favored by leftists. Just as free speech is violence according to the people running our universities, violence is free speech.

The CFA described itself as “a labor union that centers antiracism and social justice work” in its statement before demanding the “immediate release of all of our members arrested, including Dr. Caravello, from federal custody.”

Moonbats can relax. Caravello was predictably released on minimal bail on Monday.

The raid on the cannabis farm resulted in the arrest of more than 350 illegal aliens. Additionally, 14 migrant children were working the fields, prompting an investigation into potential child labor law violations. One of the criminals arrested in the raid was previously deported in 2006 after being convicted of kidnapping, attempted rape, and attempted child molestation.

That’s what academia sides with against ICE agents attempting to defend the country.

Let’s see what kind of people can earn the honorific “Dr.” these days:

Multicultural Britain is inclusive of all cultures — except of course British culture, which is rigidly repressed. Just ask the 12-year-old British schoolgirl who tried wearing a Union Jack dress to her school’s Culture Celebration Day:

Courtney Wright, 12, wore a Spice Girls-esque dress and wrote a piece about history and traditions as part of the celebrations on Friday. However, she was then told the dress was “unacceptable” and was kicked out of lessons.

Reports her father:

“She also wrote this speech to go with it and was very proud of what she’d done. The next thing I get a call at work at around 9am to say she’s not allowed in school dressed like that and that it was unacceptable.

“I wasn’t able to get away from work until about midday. They made her sit in reception all morning in front of the receptionists and kept her in isolation.

“She’s a straight A student, one of the brightest in her year and she’s never been in trouble before so she was really upset.”

Kids were also turned away for wearing the St. George and Welsh flags. In contrast,

“Others were allowed in burkas, niqabs or traditional Nigerian clothing.”

Fateh was born in the USA — not that it makes any difference at this point.

Cuomo Blew Over $100 Million on Unused Lights

Whoever the last sane New Yorkers rally around to try to stop the Islamocommie Mamdani, please let it not be Andrew Cuomo. This story gives an idea of how he spends money:

At least $108 million was spent on Cuomo’s “Harbor of Lights” project, which was supposed to install specialty LED lighting on several New York State bridges. The project was pitched as a way to boost tourism, but the lights ended up sitting unused in a warehouse for more than seven years until they were recently auctioned off for less than half a percent of the project’s overall cost.

It could have been worse. The original plan was to blow $250 million.

Ultimately, after years of collecting dust in storage, the lights were auctioned off in late June for just $383,000, or 0.35% of the project price tag, according to WRGB. Among the bidders was Zohran Mamdani — who recently defeated Cuomo in the Democratic New York City mayoral primary — and reportedly offered around $50 for the lights, Politico reported.

Mamdani will keep laughing if the unelectably awful Cuomo — best known for killing thousands of senior citizens and lying to Congress about it, sexual harassment allegations, and of course staggering waste — cannot be prevented from splitting the opposition vote.
