Public Schools Try to Put the “Rat” in Rug Rat

As Democrats keep reminding us, children belong not to their parents, but to the liberal establishment. Government schools encourage kids to rat out Mom and Dad if they deviate from woke ideology:

A public elementary school in Washington, D.C., gave children as young as 4 a lesson on “anti-racism” that asked them to identify racist members of their family.

According to a Nov. 30 letter from Janney Elementary School Principal Danielle Singh, students in Pre-K through 3rd grade participated in an “Anti-Racism Fight Club” presentation by speaker Doyin Richards.

The presentation apparently consisted of a sermon in our state religion, critical race theory, demonizing whites as somehow “privileged.”

Rug rats were presented with a “Fistbook for Kids” demanding they do their part to advance leftist race ideology. The book undermines their parents’ authority by advising kids that “just because someone is older than you doesn’t mean that they’re right all of the time,” and then asks,

“Who in your family has racist beliefs? Do you think you can change their ways? What is your strategy for dealing with them?”

Meanwhile, parents were sent a link to Richards’ original “Anti-Racism Fight Club Fistbook” for adults, which vehemently denounces America and “white supremacy.” It explicitly states that “riots/looting” are justified because the police “murder citizens without penalty.” The material even praises anti-American cockroach Colin Kaepernick:

“If you hate Kaepernick now, you’d hate Dr. King if he was alive today,” it argues. “And do you know what’s funny? In 50 years from now, white people will probably talk glowingly of Kaepernick as they are with Dr. King now. Stop using his quotes to benefit your racism.”

Because urgently needed video cameras have not been installed in public school classrooms, we can only guess at the indoctrination children are receiving. We know it isn’t pretty:

“Anyone else’s Kindergarten kid freaked out by an anti-racism assembly today? My kid needed to sleep with a light on and the door open tonight,” one person posted anonymously. “Anyone know what specifically was talked about? My kid couldn’t relay much except that she was scared.”

Maybe kids think they will be safe from accusations of racism if they just denounce their parents as racist.

In East Germany, similar tactics were employed by the Stasi:

Sullying someone’s reputation was always an effective tactic, as a 14-year-old girl named Regina found out when she was targeted as a way of getting at her father, who ran his own business as a hairdresser and was therefore ‘an enemy of socialism’.

The word was put around that she was a Flittchen — promiscuous — and strangers would stalk her, making lewd remarks and touching her up. She was followed and twice men tried to rape her. In the end she gave up the struggle and became a Stasi informant herself, grassing up her own parents.

Similar tactics were used in the Soviet Union, where Pavlik Morozov was deified as a martyr when he was killed after denouncing his father to communist authorities. This may become increasingly familiar:

With a simple slip of the tongue, a muttered phrase at the dinner table, or a snide remark in passing, heard by the wrong person, it could mean imprisonment or even death. This level of risk and fear created a tight-lipped family environment where parents feared any possible incrimination that may come from their own children. The change from family loyalty to state loyalty was fostered in the education system where, “rather than attach themselves most strongly to their families, Soviet children were taught to prioritize Communism above all” (source.) Thus, the story of the brave Pavlik resonated strongly. He was the ideal, a hero, a legend come true. (source.)

The USSR didn’t die. It just replaced communism with wokeness and relocated from Russia to the US education establishment.

Now that we have a Disinformation Governance Board, the next step is for Biden’s handlers to create a Racist Parent Inquisition, so that kids will have the proper forum for denouncing Mom and Dad.
