Anti-American Educators Mourn on Thanksgiving

What Ebenezer Scrooge was to Christmas before his awakening, liberal educators are to Thanksgiving:

At the University of California, Davis, the California History-Social Science Project, which describes itself as “Resources & professional learning for K-12 history-social science,” hosted a Zoom event called “Decolonizing Thanksgiving in the Classroom.”

Decolonizing means de-Americanizing this quintessentially American holiday.

Other Thanksgiving events are explicitly anti-American:

Massachusetts Institute of Technology students are invited to the “4th annual Thanksgiving Myth-busting” event that is aimed at “continuing our exploration of the narratives justifying land grabs via colonialism” and includes a viewing of the TV show “Buffy the Vampire Slayer.”

Tuition at MIT runs $61,990 per year. Admission to the superciliously sophisticated realm of the liberal elite does not come cheap. Good thing students can take out a loan to pay for it.

Part of that effort, according to the invitation, includes students traveling in rental cars to the National Indigenous Day of Mourning (NDOM) rally in Plymouth, Massachusetts, at the location of the Mayflower’s landing.

Elsewhere in Massachusetts,

At the University of Massachusetts, the school referred to Thursday as a “Day of Mourning” in an announcement on its Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility website.

Four centuries later, some are still in a funk because civilization spread to North America, lifting the inhabitants out of lives that were nasty, brutish, and short.

Students attending Albuquerque Public Schools in New Mexico were sent a November Indigenous Education update explaining that “many native people do not celebrate” Thanksgiving because it is a “reminder of the genocide of millions of Native people, the appropriation of Native lands, and the erasure of Indigenous cultures.”

The school district also referred to Thanksgiving as a time of “mourning”…

The Berkeley Unified School District in California also used the term “mourning” in its “Rethinking Thanksgiving Teaching Guide” while asking the community to consider the “painful legacy” and “nuanced perspectives” of the day.

The same liberals who rebranded Columbus Day as Indigenous Peoples’ Day might rename Thanksgiving as Hatesgiving — a time for miserable moonbats to remind themselves why they hate America.

America’s Enemies Both Foreign and Domestic Are on the Attack

Those who shoulder the burden of defending America are attacked by enemies both foreign and domestic.

ICE agents attempting to repel the largest foreign invasion in human history are targeted by liberal terrorists. Meanwhile, the probable next Democrat president does his best to facilitate this by forbidding them from defending themselves from doxing.

National Guard troops are shot in ambushes by one of the countless potential terrorists imported from Afghanistan by Joe Biden’s handlers. A few days previously, Senator Alissa Slotkin (D-MI) whipped up hostility against the National Guard by proclaiming that it will shoot American citizens:

“It makes me incredibly nervous that we’re about to see people in law enforcement, people in uniform military get nervous, get stressed, shoot at American civilians.”

Slotkin has been in the news lately as a member of the Seditious Six, lawmakers who call upon service members and the intelligence community to disobey orders. Democrats warn that service members who fail to join them in sedition will be in big trouble when they regain power:

By “illegal orders,” they presumably mean (1) deploying the National Guard to restore order in cities Democrats have allowed to degenerate into chaos and (2) taking out narcoterrorist drug boats on the high seas before they can invade.

“There’s going to be accounting for all of this,” snarls former Biden Press Secretary Jen Psaki. That is, those who do not work to undermine our democratically elected president will be punished. Refer to the USSR to see what happens to counterrevolutionaries.

Liberals Blame Trump for National Guard Shootings

A savage imported from an irredeemable hellhole by Biden and allowed to stay in the USA on an illegal basis ambushes National Guard troops deployed by Trump to restore law and order to the nation’s capital. Who do liberals blame? Trump of course:

Democrat DC mayoral candidate Gary Goodweather concurs:

Goodweather professed himself unsurprised, suggesting that Trump’s deployment of federal forces on the streets of Washington was an invitation to violence.

Asked if the Trump administration bore moral responsibility for the shooting by deploying the guards, Goodweather paused for several seconds before answering: “Yes.”

By the same logic, all soldiers and law enforcement officers who die in the line of duty are killed by whoever put them in harm’s way by deploying them. No wonder prominent Democrats lawmakers encourage servicemembers to disobey orders.

The liberal media is predictably on the same page:

“[O]f course, you know, there’s so much controversy happening in the United States right now with ICE, who are also wearing uniforms and wearing masks. And so there’s, you don’t know, people walking around with uniforms in an American city. There are some Americans that might object to that. And so apparently this shooting has happened,” [justice and intelligence correspondent Ken Dilanian] said during an MS NOW breaking news report.

Dilanian probably didn’t mention that ICE agents have to wear the masks to protect themselves and their families from terrorist violence from his fellow liberals.

Award-Winning Indian Author Not Really Indian

Being an oppressed Indian has paid off well for award-winning author Thomas King. However, it turns out he is not an Indian after all:

The announcement follows a mid-November meeting with King and members of the Tribal Alliance Against Frauds, a US-based group dedicated to exposing people who falsely claim American Indian heritage. …

King won the RBC Taylor prize for non-fiction for his book The Inconvenient Indian, in 2014, and the Stephen Leacock memorial medal for humour for his work Indians on Vacation, in 2020.

Like leftist Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), who launched her alarming career on a DEI basis, King has claimed to be part Cherokee.

“[Tribal Alliance Against Frauds] suggested that I might want to offer up an apology for my life”, King wrote, “but an apology assumes a crime, an offence, a misdeed”.

King says he didn’t do anything wrong by helping himself to the privileged status of the allegedly oppressed, because he didn’t know that he didn’t have trace Indian ancestry.

King was born in California but has lived in Canada since 1980. His reputation grew in Alberta as an Indigenous studies professor at the University of Lethbridge.

King has said he intended to return the National Aboriginal Achievement award he received in 2003.

However, he won’t be handing over his other awards to real Indians, because “The rest of my awards are based on my writing, not my ethnicity.” Eyebrows wouldn’t rise much higher if he said he took part in the Trail of Tears.

We’ll take him at his word that he thought his grandfather was part Cherokee — but he still gets a spot on the Racial Impostor List:

University of Minnesota Researchers Blame the White Family for “Whiteness Pandemic”

To grasp the raw malice that characterizes liberal academia, consider that the University of Minnesota features a lab dedicated to eradicating what it calls the “Whiteness Pandemic”:

The lab is under the university’s Institute of Child Development and is funded in part by the National Institute on Mental Health, through a predoctoral fellowship program.

That means institutionalized race hate is funded on a coercive basis by American taxpayers.

A university paper cited on the lab’s website outlines its strategy for combatting the Whiteness Pandemic:

“Naming the Whiteness Pandemic shifts our gaze from the victims and effects of racism onto the systems that perpetrate and perpetuate racism, starting with the family system,” the page reads. “At birth, young children growing up in White families begin to be socialized into the culture of Whiteness, making the family system one of the most powerful systems involved in systemic racism.”

It follows that the white family must be destroyed.

In the paper’s explanation of the “Whiteness Pandemic,” it explains that racism is not only an epidemic, but a pandemic, because of “its large cross-national proportion and spread.” But, behind racism, the curriculum explains, is the “Whiteness Pandemic,” beginning with the family system.

Their Black Lives Matter allies agree that the institution of family must be “disrupted.”

According to the paper’s definition, when children are raised in white families, they “begin to be socialized into the culture of Whiteness, making the family system one of the most powerful systems involved in systemic racism.”

By “systemic racism,” they mean American culture.

Scientists came up with a vaccine against Covid. Maybe they will find one against white families. Instead of excreting papers about how much they hate white people, publicly subsidized University of Minnesota researchers might work on a toxin the government could put in the water supply to prevent the racist race from reproducing — or just kill off Caucasians directly.
