New York Leftists Come After Cows

At its most fundamental level, leftist ideology is anti-human. Cows provide a large percentage of the human diet. So leftism is also anti-cow:

A New York bill that would restrict the size of cattle farms has sparked controversy as urban climate change legislators from the Big Apple seek to limit rural livelihoods by imposing regulatory limits on the number of cows a farm can have.

That is, regulatory limits on the amount of food that can be made available.

Sponsored by downstate Democrats and several members of the Democratic Socialists of America, NY State Senate Bill 2025-S6530 “Prohibits the department of environmental conservation from issuing or authorizing any permits to new or expanding large concentrated animal feeding operations.”

The pretexts are that farms engage in capitalism and that cows offend the weather with flatulence. “Concentrated animal feeding operations,” according to the draft bill, “are often run by large corporations that squeeze out local competition to maximize profits” and “release significant amounts of methane, a greenhouse gas.”

The first people hurt would be family farmers:

The Northeast Dairy Producer Association reports that New York is the fifth-largest dairy-producing state in the country and that 95% of its farms are family-owned.

The proposed 700-cow limit is only the beginning. Progressives progress by increments. Unless the weather becomes perfect and farms stop making profits, eventually farms would not be allowed to have any cows at all.

UK Legalizes Abortion Up to Birth

If leftists were simply wrong, they might be persuaded through rational argument to adopt a more reasonable point of view. However, their ideology is not merely wrong but evil. In Britain they have made this obvious by decriminalizing the murder of children up to the moment of birth for any reason:

In a 379-137 vote, the House of Commons approved an amendment to a broader crime bill to prevent women from being prosecuted for having abortions after the legal limit, potentially through birth.

Labour MP Tonia Antoniazzi crowed that the legislation will “take women out of the criminal justice system because they are vulnerable.”

If a woman kills her own baby, she is the vulnerable one, not the baby. It would be hard to imagine a more profoundly depraved belief system.

Antoniazzi also averred that punishing those who cruelly kill their unborn children “is cruelty.”

Theoretically, a woman will be allowed to plunge a knife into the heart of her viable child as he or she emerges from the womb at 9 months.

Pride Progress Flag Supplants Union Jack

It isn’t only at Mets games that the Pride Progress flag representing politicized sexual perversion, transsexual psychosis, and anti-white race hate replaces those representing the nation. From moonbat-ruled Britain:

Christian Concern has accused Westminster City Council of ‘indoctrinating’ Londoners and ‘breaching planning control’ after repeatedly rubber-stamping mass LGBTQI+ Pride flag displays without proper consultation on one of the most famous streets in the world.

Westminster Council’s chief executive, Stuart Love, refers to his cabal of fellow moonbats as “Wokeminster Council.”

In recent years, the display has included over 300 LGBTQI+ Progress Pride flags which will take over Regent Street for weeks on end and beyond the time allotted.

On 22 June, the flags are set to replace the Union Jacks currently flying on Regent Street to remember VE Day and the sacrifices made in World War Two.

As usual with progressives, the symbolism is as subtle as a stick poked in your eye.

Fired Propagandist Terry Moran Doubles Down

Leftist propagandist Terry Moran went so far over the top in his personal attacks on senior Trump advisor Stephen Miller that in an attempt to preserve some vestigial remnant of credibility, ABC News canned him. Is he sorry that he sacrificed his 30-year career at ABC so as to crap in his hand and fling it at Miller? He is not:

Expressing himself as liberals do through projection, Moran famously announced that he personally hates Miller by denouncing him as a “world-class hater” and “richly endowed with a capacity for hatred.”

At least Moran admits that he isn’t objective. The next step is for him to grasp that the moonbattery he spewed for so many decades is neither accurate nor true.

Moran is the brother of conservative blogger Rick Moran. So much for nature and nurture.
