Using Eminent Domain to Turn Farm Into Slum

What could be more liberal in the current sense of the term than using eminent domain to expropriate a 175-year-old farm so as to convert it into a slum?

On South River Road, in Middlesex County, N.J., warehouses and industrial buildings have replaced the once abundant farms of yesteryear—except a lone holdout.

Henry has good reason to hang on to the farm:

“In 1936, my grandfather died, leaving my grandmother and mother to run the farm. It was struggle after struggle, but they held on to the land, and again survived, leaving something for the next generation.”

Whether the farm can survive Big Government is the question.

“Keeping this legacy intact and passing it to the next generation has been, and is always, our plan.”

Cranbury Township Committee also has a plan: Cover Henry’s farm with housing units.

That is, affordable housing units, a.k.a. slum. If Henry doesn’t sell the farm, bureauweenies say they will confiscate it. Another small piece of America will die.

If Democrats had prevailed in the past election, this cockroach — who skipped out on deployment — would be a heartbeat away from becoming Commander in Chief.

Note the reference to Pyongyang, implying that patriotic Americans are equivalent to their communist enemies. The liberal capacity for projection knows no bounds.

Profiles in Public Education: Ryan Akiyama

Ryan Akiyama is what we have molding children in public schools:

A Washington State school district is defending a teacher who posted a “This Teacher Kills Fascists” sign on social media the end of last month.

A “fascist” can be defined as anyone who disagrees with radical leftists like Akiyama.

According to The Olympian, Akiyama also wrote “Might need to print it on a T-shirt next for all my fellow WOKE DEI educators still showing up with courage and care. Yes, I’m woke. Yes, I teach DEI. No, I’m not sorry if that triggers the willfully ignorant.”

No children will remain ignorant of leftist ideology in the classrooms of moonbat evangelists like Akiyama. They will be taught that it is not an ideology but the objective truth, and that anyone who deviates from it is an extremist and a threat to Our Democracy.

Akiyama further explained that teaching is “an inherently political act,” but not in “the direction the neo-fascists in the MAGA movement.”

As with every other institution, to the extent education has been subverted by moonbats, it is no longer education. It is moonbattery. That’s how it became political.

Akiyama … used to be a principal, but after pleading guilty to reckless driving in 2019 (he was arrested on “suspicion of DUI, speeding, and possession of a weapon”) he was demoted back to a teaching position.

The government needs to be removed from education for obvious reasons. In the meantime, a thorough purge of public schools is required.

Protesters clashed with police, one woman was pushed down the steps, and several individuals were detained after blatantly ignoring lawful orders.

Now will moonbats finally stop screeching about January 6? Of course not. The liberal media will either ignore this incident or distort it into a peaceful protest.

Coercive Funding for PBS and NPR May Stop

The House narrowly voted Thursday to cut about $9.4 billion in spending already approved by Congress as President Donald Trump’s administration looks to follow through on work done by the Department of Government Efficiency when it was overseen by Elon Musk.

The package targets foreign aid programs and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, which provides money for National Public Radio and the Public Broadcasting Service as well as thousands of public radio and television stations around the country. The vote was 214-212.

The bill needs only a simple majority to get through the Senate.

The Republican president asked lawmakers to rescind nearly $1.1 billion from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, which represents the full amount it’s slated to receive during the next two budget years.

Literally billions of dollars have been expropriated from hardworking Americans to finance silly left-wing crap like this:

Illegal alien riots are “almost festival-like.” You can see why liberals want us to be forced to pay for this propaganda.

Cheer up, moonbats. Democrats unanimously voted against cutting this outrageous waste. If they return to power, they will no doubt triple the old funding, if only to take revenge for being thwarted.
